Wilco founder and frontman Jeff Tweedy has announced details of a rare show in London, his first solo gig in the capital since 2010.
Tweedy, who was also founder of alt-country legends Uncle Tupelo, visits The Palladium in London's West End on Tuesday November 4th. The gig, part of a short European tour, will find Tweedy and band performing material from a new solo record - details to be announced soon - alongside solo acoustic versions of songs from the Wilco and Uncle Tupelo catalogues. Tweedy's solo concerts showcase his prolific output as a songwriter, his proficiency as a guitarist, his charismatic and compelling stage presence, and his wry sense of humour.
This is a not-to-be-missed show.
